From a Family Farm to 30,000 Households

Arjun Singh grew up watching his father sell produce at Jaipur mandi for prices that barely covered transport. In 2022 he started KhetSe Fresh with one rented tempo and 12 farmer families.

The turning point

A WhatsApp group of 200 society residents became the first "store". Orders were collected by 8 PM, harvested at dawn, delivered by 10 AM. Retention hit 85% — and word of mouth did the rest.

Scaling with schemes

An Agri-Infrastructure Fund loan financed the first cold room; a state subsidy covered 35% of the second. "Government money is real if you do the paperwork," Arjun says.

What's next

KhetSe closed a ?9 crore seed round this year and is expanding to Lucknow and Indore.
