Yes. Open the site on your phone and tap "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen"). It works like a native app and even opens offline.

Do I need a registered company to join?
No. Founders, professionals, job seekers and members can join for free. Any business can create a listing; verification needs a few documents such as GST, Udyam or incorporation certificate.

How does business verification work?
Upload your GST, PAN or registration certificate from your dashboard. Our team verifies it privately — documents are never shown publicly — and you receive a Verified badge.

How do I list my business?
Create a free account as a Business, fill in your profile and submit it for review. Once approved it appears in the directory.

What does “Verified” mean?
Our team has checked the business documents (such as GST or incorporation certificate).

How do I get leads?
Visitors send enquiries from your profile or product pages. You get an instant notification and can reply, track status and add notes from your dashboard.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrade any time. Unused value on your current listing plan is credited when you upgrade.

Yes, every payment comes with a GST tax invoice you can download from your dashboard.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; renewals extend from your current end date.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partner. Where enabled, you can also pay by bank transfer and enter the reference number.

Yes. Create a free job-seeker profile, build your CV and apply with one click.

Only verified businesses can publish jobs. This keeps the job board trustworthy for candidates.

How do I track my job applications?
Open Account → My applications to see every job you applied for and its current status — applied, shortlisted, interview, offered or not selected.

How do I register for an event?
Open the event, click Register and complete the form. Paid events are confirmed after payment; you get a QR ticket by email.

Yes — businesses and professionals can create events from their dashboard.

Yes — verified businesses and verified professional members can create webinars, workshops and meetups. Events are reviewed before going live.

Where can I find my event ticket?
Go to Account → My registrations and open "View ticket". Your ticket has a QR code that the organiser scans at the venue. For online events, the joining link appears there once your registration is confirmed.

Will I get a reminder before the event?
Yes. Registered attendees get a reminder about 24 hours before the event starts, by email and in the app.

How do I buy a product?
Send an enquiry or request a quote from the product page. The seller replies directly and you can track it under My enquiries.

Yes — tap Compare on up to four products to see them side by side.

How does the scheme finder work?
Answer a few quick questions about your stage, sector and location. We show the central and state schemes you may be eligible for, with a plain-language summary and a link to the official portal.

Do you apply for schemes on my behalf?
No. We explain eligibility, benefits and the documents you need, and link you to the official application portal. Always check the latest rules on the government website before applying.

How up to date is the scheme information?
Our team reviews scheme pages regularly, but government rules and deadlines can change at short notice. Each scheme page links to the official source so you can confirm the current details.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email or mobile number. We send you a secure link to set a new password. The link expires after a short time for your safety.

Can I choose which notifications I get?
Yes. Go to Account → Notifications → Preferences to switch each category on or off for in-app and email alerts. Account, security and billing messages are always sent.

Is my phone number shown publicly?
You decide. Your profile settings let you show or hide your email and mobile number. Visitors can always reach you through the enquiry form without seeing your details.

How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Account → Privacy and choose "Delete my account". We confirm the request, keep your data for a short grace period in case you change your mind, and then erase it as described in our privacy policy.

Can I write for the blog?
Yes — send your pitch through the contact page. Members can also submit success stories from their dashboard.
