01What does a website actually cost?
A Launch Pad site is ₹24,999 fixed. A custom business website is usually ₹85,000 – ₹3,00,000. Large platforms and eCommerce run ₹3,00,000 – ₹12,00,000. You get an exact number in writing before anything starts.
02How long will it take?
Launch Pad: 10 days. Custom website: 4–8 weeks. eCommerce: 3–12 weeks. Mobile app: 8–20 weeks. Custom software: 10–30 weeks. The date goes in the proposal and we hold ourselves to it.
03Who owns the code, the design files and the domain?
You do — all of it, from day one, in your own accounts.
04What if I don't like the design?
Two full revision rounds are included at the design stage, before any code is written. We don't start building until you've approved the screens.
05Do you work with businesses outside Haryana?
Most of our clients are elsewhere — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Dubai, Kenya. Everything runs over calls, WhatsApp and a shared staging link.
06What happens after launch?
30 days of free support and a training session for your team. After that, a care plan from ₹2,999/month covers updates, backups, security and edits — or take it in-house, since you own everything.
07Can you fix or take over a site someone else built?
Yes — about a third of our work is exactly that. We start with an audit so you know what you're dealing with before committing to a rebuild.
08How do payments and GST work?
Typically 40% to start, 40% at design sign-off and 20% before launch. Full GST invoice every time. Bank transfer, UPI or card.
